Welcome to the WILSON’S Blog ! Controversial ? Perhaps. Irreverent ? Likely. Entertaining ? We hope so ! We want this to become a place where our customers can track our activities and, more importantly, provide feedback on the ideas posted. We intend to publish our thoughts on a variety of topics including our shop, manufacturers and their gear, the fly fishing industry in general, new books, magazines, fun (or apocryphal) stories, our staff and our customers. Frankly, no topic will be sacred and few stones left unturned !
NOTE: We want to make one important qualifier right up front. Unlike some blogs and chat boards you may read, other than ensuring all posts are respectful, we do not intend to “make the rules”. We want this blog to be self-policing and promote discussion – not hinder it. Accordingly, if you want say say something – say it ! If you want to disagree – do so (just don’t be a dick). If you think someone is on the wrong side of right – tell us ! If you disagree, tell us why. We welcome your comments – just make sure they are respectful ! However, if you don’t have a sense of humour or think the veritable “fly fishing sun” shines out of your #%@ then you should probably avoid this area in future…
